Personalised Pilates - Private & Small Group

Indulge in 1:1 or small group (3:1) Pilates sessions tailored to your specific needs. Our comprehensively trained instructors will focus on your individual goals and provide personalized attention utilising the full range of pilates equipment.

We also offer Private Group classes Reformer and Matwork for larger groups of family/friends, sporting etc..

Group Reformer

Join our group Reformer classes using our high quality machines, with max 8 per class. Designed to enhance your strength, mobility, balance and coordination. Experience the benefits of Reformer Pilatesm choose a class option to suit your level: Restore, Classics and Challenge.

Group Matwork

The foundations of Pilates movement is best enjoyed with a Matwork class.

Utilising small props including foam roller, chi-ball, magic circle, theraband and hand weights to add interest, support and strength challenges to these classes.
